Tour Policies & Procedures
An admission wristband will be your ticket to the gardens. Admission wristbands and the map will be mailed to ticket buyers who purchase through Friday, April 10. After Friday, April 10, ticket purchasers may pick up their tickets and maps at will-call at Buie's Market (749 Avalon Rd N) during these hours:
Wednesday, April 22, 10 am to 12 pm
Thursday, April 23, 10 am to 12 pm AND 5 pm to 7 pm
Friday, April 24, 10 am to 7 pm
Saturday, April 25, 9 am to 12 pm
About the Tour
1. The Garden Tour is held Saturday, April 25, 2026, from 10 am to 4 pm, rain or shine.
2. No refunds or exchanges.
3. Public Restrooms are not available on the tour. Please see the tour guide for public restroom locations.
4. Well-supervised children aged 6 or older are welcome on the tour. A ticket must be purchased for each child.
5. Strollers are not allowed.
6. No cars or motorized wheels in gardens.
7. No dogs, except service dogs, allowed.
8. Gardens not recommended for those with mobility restrictions are noted in the tour guide.
9. Carpooling is encouraged.
10. When visiting gardens, please be courteous and watch your step. Pathway surfaces may be uneven.
11. Follow parking instructions. The tour follows guidelines outlined by the fire marshal. Violator’s cars may be towed at the owner’s expense.
12. Wristbands are to be worn at all times.
13. For the safety of all ticket holders, volunteers, and garden owners, CDC guidelines at the time of the tour will be followed.

Ticketholder releases, forever discharges, and agrees to hold harmless the Garden Club Council of Winston-Salem/Forsyth County, all members, officers, and homeowners from any and all liability, claims, demands for personal injury, sickness, death, as well as property damages and expenses of any nature whatsoever which may be incurred by the ticketholder while participating in any way in the Garden Tour. Ticketholder assumes all risks of injury and property damage as a result of participating in the Garden Tour. Ticketholder agrees to hold harmless and indemnify the Garden Club Council of Winston-Salem/Forsyth County, its members, officers, and any volunteers from any liability sustained by the Council as a result of negligent, willful, or intentional acts of the ticket holder, including expenses and attorney fees.
